Conditions Relating to Your Use of PIKLIK - Online Store

1. Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website.

PIKLIK reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 3 to 5 working days. If items are out of stock it may take longer to manufacture them. We use standard registered Airmail for all parcels sent worldwide. Cost of shipping per item is €5 Euro worldwide plus a one-time handling fee of €6 Euro per order. Please be advised that we are not responsible for local customs/duties/taxes levied on goods arriving in your country of delivery (laws vary depending on your territory).

NOTE: Due to current COVID-19 flight restrictions we regret to inform our customers that there will be a €20 Euro additional courier service surcharge for DHL delivery on all orders until Express Airmail service resumes. We very much apologise for this inconvenience which is beyond our control.(For orders within Thailand please use Promotional code "THAILAND" at checkout to receive FREE handling and shipping).

3. Returns Policy

We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, however, please contact us via email if you wish to return goods for any reason or request an exchange or refund. We will only refund the cost of goods if they are found to be faulty, and only if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the faulty goods. 

4. Payment Options

At the present time, we are only able to accept credit card payments via PayPal. The process is safe and secure online via our Verified PayPal interface. You do not have to have an existing PayPal account to order online from PIKLIK, however, you will be asked to create an account with username and password to complete your order. This account may be cancelled at any time following your order if you do not wish to keep an account with PayPal. If you are having trouble paying via PayPal please contact us via email for further assistance.
